We enable you to donate merchandise or finished product that is usable, but not saleable, by identifying charity partners for all of your locations that can put what was once your trash to good use in the community.
Donation programs provide a tremendous opportunity to reduce waste expense, increase tax deductions and support community organizations. In essence, we will provide the framework, systems and partners to donate usable items that would otherwise be disposed of. We will manage the process that will allow a charity to use the like new or lightly used items as opposed to throwing them away.
When working with you to divert waste through a product donation program we will:
1. Identify donation opportunities by conducting a waste audit 2. Conduct vetting and matching process to pair local or national charities to your locations 3. Develop operational processes that will have a minimum impact on your operations and identify any IT infrastructure requirements 4. Manage the development or enhancement of IT systems as required to track inventory movements 5. Implement programs by developing all training materials, signage and incentives consistent with your standards and culture 6. Manage all charity partners, contracts and reporting for tax purposes |
