About Us
At Environmental, Social and Economic Solutions (ESE Solutions), our goal is to work with companies to help them achieve this “triple bottom line” through the implementation and management of innovative programs that:
- Reduce their environmental impact
- Have a positive effect in the communities where they operate
- Improve the bottom line through expense reductions, increased revenue and improved efficiency
We saw the opportunity to partner with retailers, manufacturers and logistics providers that wanted to be more sustainable, but could not add expense or headcount to launch and staff new programs.
We meet that need by employing a unique business model that reduces expenses while absorbing all labor and other costs in developing our solutions:
- Our incentive is to reduce our clients’ expenses over the long-term
- Mutually developed baseline process ensures our goals are 100% aligned
We achieve this by:
- Operating more as a member of our clients’ organizations than an outside vendor with compensation based on savings vs. salary/benefits
- Understanding the complexity of rolling out new initiatives in a variety of environments
- Engaging relevant stakeholders to ensure there is organizational support
- Coordinating rollouts and field communications in a manner consistent with our clients’ cultures
